Raid set up HELP

Just got ubuntu 16.04 lts running on an old lenovo s20. Planning on sharing the drive across the network and using ftp when im not home to have access to my files as my own personal 'cloud'.

 

Only thing standing in my way right now is setting up raid 1 or 5.

 

I have 3 empty 250gb hdd and 1 160gb hdd where the boot is installed.

 

Anyone have suggestions or could point me in the right direction to get this thing formatted properly?
