Yesterday I tried to figure out why my mic wasn't picking up any sound and as a last resort kinda thing I tried updating the firmware to version 0.005. Now I can't control the mic's volume via the sound card (can't in windows either, which is normal) and even if I change the headset's volume it doesn't make a sound as it used to. I'm using windows 10. I tried it out with another PC as well that it used to work on and got the same results. Is there any way to downgrade back to 0.003 that I was using and if so, where can I download it?

why do you have a sound card anyway? But it sounds like that is the issue, try plugging in directly into the mobo.

You would have to search on your manufacturers website for the older drivers.

The headset uses too much power so if I just plug it straight into my laptop it occasionally pops/crackles. The headset is working fine tho, it's 100% an issue with the sound card.

Edit: I tried searching for the older drivers on the website but no luck.

The pops and crackles have nothing to do with the headset and everything to do with the laptops cheap DAC and AMP.

Rip, I like to keep the install files of my drivers for things like my GPU and what not just I case stuff like this happens.
