USB interface noise reduction.

So I recently got a USB to PCI expansion card because I needed it for power some LEDs in my case, It has 4 external USB ports and 1 internal that I am using for the LEDs. I have a AudioBox USB that is plugged into the motherboard's USB port and it's kinda close to the processor. What I am wondering is if I plug in interface into the USB card, would that reduce the the amount of noise that I hear from the interface that's from the processor since it's plugged into a slotted card and not the onboard ports?

Nice to know that a product I can get. I actually went ahead and tries plugging my audio interface into my USB to PCI card and didn't hear anymore noise or buzzing. But I am glad to know this exists.
