First time builder just a quick question

It's a power extender to deliver power to the top of your case, most likely for case fans and/or fan controller.

Yeah I think it's fan controller and btw SATA or is it any other chapels for that?? Cabels

It's a sata power cable so it will only take 15 pin sata, although there are 15-pin to 4-pin molex adapters.

Thx and sorry lil stupid didn't want to brake it so went to carefull and it didn't get on so I was unsure

Not stupid at all, so don't worry about that. Better to ask to be sure than plug up something and destroy parts.
