Want to know if this build is best bang for Buck and also will it work?

So here is the build I am this king of buying.

 

Case:Sharkoon BD28 MIDI ATX Tower PC

 

CPU:Intel Core i5 4460 4x 3.20GHz So.1150 BOX

 

Mobo:MSI B85-G43 GAMING Intel B85 So.1150 Dual Channel DDR3 ATX

 

GPU:2048MB MSI GeForce GTX 950 Gaming 2G active PCIe 3.0 x16

 

HDD:1000GB WD Blue WD10JPVX 8MB 2.5 "(6.4cm) SATA 6Gb / s

 

SSD:128GB SanDisk Z400S 2.5 "(6.4cm) SATA 6Gb / s MLC (SD8SBAT-128G-1122)

I will be buying everything from mind factory.de as I live in Ireland and that's the cheapest place for me. I want to k ow if everything is compatible and if there is any cheaper substitutes for me. As you can see its a red/black themed build.

What's your total budget? You should make the switch to Skylake (i5 6400/6500 with a B150/H170 mobo + DDR4 RAM).

My budget is about 700 euro tops excluding os which is what I'm already at.

I suggest getting a beefier graphics card and making the switch to Skylake as I've said before:

Might go with this build then seems good and can I ask I saw somewehee that u can use windows os without code but all it does is give u graphical notices saying to upgrade but its useable? Is this true

I believe you need a code to activate it anyway.

Windows will let you install it without activation, but will eventually nag for activation and suffer reduced functionality.  So if you're going to be using Windows, you will need to acquire a proper license.

Thanks man I will be but it might take a while before I can afford it but once I can work it at the beginning it fine
