Build comparison

teagansalter

Hi guys, I'm comparing a build that my friend wants to buy pre built and comparing it to one I had someone on this forum build. I know it's more expensive but can I get some positive reasons why this one is much better so I convince you to make the right choice

first off its intel, amd is dead essentially with their fx series, cpu wise you are getting a massive gain in performance...

the gtx 1060 is much better than the rx 460 in there by around 60% and you are getting more premium components.

however if you look at the build i just linked you before, you are getting around the same performance (10-15% less) for around $200 cheaper from their website and you get a few extra goodies...

im not a big advocate for having others build my pc, but really at that price... its tempting to get that instead! (with a 3 yr warranty free)

windows isnt included in the one i linked you, you would need to purchase that seperately, you can get it off kinguin for $30

if you want to build one yourself. it does not come with a keyboard, mouse, headset, monitor, etc.

it has 8gb less ram than the cyberpower pc, it comes with windows (you can still get it off of kinguin for $30 saving you $60)

it has a slightly better gpu that is on par with the 1060, it has a more trustworthy psu, and a better case.

it does not come with a watercooler, it does not come with that amazing op motherboard with led lights on it (btw you can upgrade the case to the one i chose here for like $10 more on cyberpower, it just gets rid of the ODD)

if you want this build go for it, its about as good as the one that dude linked you

it also had a better wifi adapter, i have it and i love it.

i actually have no idea which system (this one or the cyberpower one) i would go for... probably this one due to the better gpu, (you can get 8gb more ram later, you dont need 16gb, and you dont need a watercooler on a locked cpu)
