SSD not working

My PC specifications are:

Intel core i7-5930K 3.5GHz

ASUS X99-PRO Motherboard

GSkill Ripjaws HyperX 8GBx4

Samsung SSD 850 EVO M.2 500GB

My problem is that the BIOS is not detecting the SSD. I have tried almost every setting in the BIOS related to storage device but still no success. However it is working absolutely fine in another PC with ASUS motherboard (Z97-K). What can be the possible reason, why is it not getting detected?

I am using M.2 interface on the motherboard, as well as tried on the PCI express expansion card.
