I'd still personally go with the 850 EVO if the price is like $10-20 more for the read and write.

Does this two ssd performance shows much difference?

You probably wouldn't notice the difference unless you were specifically looking for it in the read and write areas.

There would be almost no practical performance difference between the two, just the warranty is cut down and no software included.

Probably a few milliseconds tbh. This is a good comparison between the two on the read/write etc. http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Samsung-850-Evo-250GB-vs-Samsung-750-EVO-250GB/2977vsm71929

I would still go with the 850 EVO. Performance will be almost the same but with longer warranty.

It's not so much the peak performance you should consider - both should be similar performance with some marginal differences. The 850 EVO uses 3D NAND, the 750 EVO doesn't. The latter also has slower flash chips (TLC), has less RAM and less processing power for the controller. But the big thing note is the significantly lower endurance and thus, the lower warranty that comes with it.

If you can afford the extra for the 850 EVO, I'd go for that instead.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.
