However, if you have some spare mounting hadware, I'd always recommend buying used if your budget falls short of even the cheapest cases on the market.

One thing: I don't recommend cheaping out too much on the case (like I did) if you want to use Optical Drives and/or Hard Drives, I got a 30$ that came with a PSU (I didn't use the PSU for obvious reasons), the PC is way louder than it should and when I insert a disk in the Optical Drive the all thing vibrates a LOT, it's very loud and it's probably bad for the hard drive (and a Caviar Blue is not the most reliable thing in the world anyway)
