Selling, building new

My computer is, err, out dated. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good computer to even today's standards, it's just that I'd like to run games on higher then medium settings at 40-70 FPS.

Regardless, I have two question, 1) how much will my computer sell for, and 2) what could I build with the money I sell my computer for +$200 saved up.

FX-6300

MSI 970A-G46

8 GB (2x4GB) Kingston HyperX Black

1 TB Seagate Barrcuda 7200 RPM

XFX Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition

XFX 550w PSU

Lite-On DVD drive

Prob 500 -600. Max $700 max

Probably $550 to $650. $700 is kinda pushing it.

I just checked eBay and a PC like that appears to sell for around $600. To be honest a quick fix to your PC would be grabbing an FX 8350 and an RX480 or 1060. However if you wished to build a new rig then $800 is a good amount.
