bummer on the solid state drive purchase... i was going to suggest you wait a week and scope out that Plextor M8PEG. for ~$100 more you get over 5x the performance... put that 32Gbps 4x NVMe m.2 connector to good use.

 

otherwise a solid build.

1. What's your price range?

2. If you have the money I would add a hard drive, 1TB at least, and upgrade to a 1070.

3. A semi-modular psu will work fine and be a little cheaper.

I still think you should save another $100 to get a 1070 out of the gate instead of settling for a 1060. I also suggest not buying a founders addition because the non-founder coolers are better and the cards come with a higher clock speed. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/28Tz7h

Consider a physical hdd for a future upgrade or something.

 

Have you factored in the cost of an operating system. By default they're about $100 but you can get a one from Kinguin.net for around $30.
