Small htpc

Hey guys, I'd like to ask for some advice.

 

Lately I've gotten 2 second hand old pcs, both not very high-end though I'd like to use it as a htpc/server box (for example for minecraft) though I'm unsure if the hardware I have available will be strong enough. Here's the list:

 

PC 1:

ram: 2GB ddr2

gpu: geforce gt 310

cpu: still have to check, but i think it's a pentium

 

PC 2:

ram: 2GB ddr2

gpu: geforce 7900s

cpu: core 2 duo e6400

 

ill probably use the core 2, though im not sure which gpu to use. Aside from these things I have everything else.

GT 310 is better but they are both complete and utter shit to be honest here... stick all the RAM in one PC if you can, that will help slightly atleast

Yeah i was planning that, if need be i could get a seperate gpu like a 480, though i was just thinking of what i could do with the hardware, since I just have it lying around.
