Monitor or Keyboard

Hey all I need some help. I have a $450 budget with which i need to buy a GPU and a monitor or keyboard.

Here is what i currently have. Monitor i have a Samsung 30'' Tv (i guess it works for me atm), and my keyboard is a k120 crappy logitech keyboard(but it also still works for me). So the more i spend on a monitor/keyboard the less i can spend on me GPU, if you could can you advise me whether i should get a monitor or keyboard.

If you can, can you look through this catalogue http://cdn.msy.com.au/Parts/PARTS.pdf and find me the best gpu and monitor/keyboard. Under$450

I'd honestly just spend it all on the RX 480.I actually a fan of Logitech high-end products, though.
So you could get the Logitech G310 and add a few bucks and get the RX 470.
If you can't add a few bucks, there are a few cheaper Razor keyboards and I'd just go with them.
