about install windwos

guys i find link from microsoft to download and install windows but my English is bad i don what i saw said i need one usb flash 4 minimum and i need iso file what is iso and i at time i download the program windows 7 how do i run

Download the ISO file and open it. It should give you an option of which disk to write to. Choose the drive letter that is the same as the one on your USB flash drive (It needs to be 4GB or more). Then press burn/go/whatever it says.

After that, plug the USB into the computer you want to install Windows on and then turn it on. It should boot into the installer and you just follow the instructions from there.

A .ISO file is an image of a disc. Kind of like a .ZIP file.
To install Windows 7 via a USB drive, you need the ISO and a program like Rufus.
