Need help planning a future build

I need general advice on parts for a cheap gaming pc as the pc i currently use is not worth upgrading and is used as a family pc anyway.

 

1. Budget & Location

At most 300£ GBP because i'm still in school so have no time to really make a lot of money

I already plan to buy a GTX 660TI 2GB for £65 so unless there's a better p/fps solution i have that factored in 

n2. Aim

Primarily Gaming, not really AAA games most likely smaller indie games as they are more likely to be LGBT related, and therefore more relatable to me. I also kind of want to move into graphics design, so probably being strong enough a graphics tablet in Photoshop would help

3. Monitors

Single monitor, Possibly using a 32" Full HDTV.

4. Peripherals

I will need a copy of windows, 7/10 i don't mind.

I'll need keyboard/ mouse recommendations, i don't mind wireless 

5. Why are you upgrading?

Because the pc i currently use doesn't belong to me, and is mainly proprietary so not really upgradable.
