Sparking or fan noise?

I built my mid level rig last week or so and I notice a very low sparking like noise from the back side of my cabinet. I hear it occasionally and certainly not hear it after I've shut down the pc (even though plug line is not switch off). Help me out

if you think its fans, unplug each fan until you no longer hear it. If it continues with all the case fans unplugged, then it could be your PSU causing issues.

Something is likely just reverberating due to vibrations from the fans or HDD.

My first suspect would be the IO shield. It's possible that it wasn't installed correctly, or the spring clamps aren't taut enough.

Are you sure you aren't just hearing the head inside the hard drive move around? Sometimes they are noisy, a video with the noise captured would be super helpful.
