Was there a sort of carrying case?

These look to be very obscure, so i doubt i can find them. Probably Chinese knockoffs.

Any serial numbers, identification, or words?

There wasnt a case or anything on them, just kinda picked them up, put some money down and walked out with them. There arent any serial numbers or anything on them at all, so, it might be a chink knockoff

Well sadly for you that means there are no brand names tied to the symbol on it that is iconic enough to know the manufacturer.

Best thing to do now is to move on and get a new pair.

or search for months looking to tie a name to that symbol. (i tried for a few minutes with the Search By Image tool from Google and your supplied picture, with no luck of finding brand sites or anything.)
