Hey Guys, first post on the forum here.

I just upgraded my pc with a new case the NZXT Noctis 450 and a new AiO Cooler the Corsair H110i GT, i have a doubt about how to plug it in to this case though.

This case comes with a PWM hub, and it says to plug the PWM to the CPU_fan or CPU_opt header.

My question its the following: Should i plug the 3-pin pump connector to the CPU_fan header on the motherboard or plug into the PWM hub?

Thanks in advance!

There should be a 4 pin fan header on your mobo labeled as CPU_pump , or CPU_Water something similar to that as it provides a fixed amount of volts/amps. Read your motherboard manual for more information.

You should either have the pump or hub connected the fan CPU_fan header. Either way works as long as one them are plugged into that primary header.

welcome the the Linus Tech Tips forums!

you'll plug the 3-pin pump into the motherboard CPU_FAN header.

this will allow the motherboard to monitor the pump rpm to guard against failure and shutdown in case of failure.
