Help me with this error code - 0x8007045D

I am installing windows 10 for the first time on my custom pc, whenever I try to install, I get windows error code 0x8007045D. Help me please, I just want to use my computer I built.

Are you sure this works? Because going into safe mode doesn't work, and I'm still getting this error. Should I try something with repair your computer?

Where in the install do you get the error message? Also I'm going to request this thread be moved to Home -> Software -> OS -> Windows, as this is the programming section. They'll probably be able to help you out some more.
