Tiny Builds?

So with one of Linus's more recent builds the Ultimate Compact Gaming Pc

I was wondering if anyone would tempt the task to make a similar build but for the cheapest cost... So the build would be the best Gaming PC for the lowest cost, and also making it the most compact.

Have fun :)

It will always come down to the budget, and there will be worldwide pricing differences.

I did go for a Silverstone SG13 base build for my VR rig as linked in my sig. I happen to have a 6700k I could move over from another system so went for a Z170 chipset mini-ITX board, but to reduce cost (and heat) you could go for a non-OC board and perhaps an i5. GPU wise the case will take higher end nvidia reference (and FE) cooler GPUs so take your pick. I started with stealing the 980Ti from my desktop, then later got a 1070 as a balance between performance and cost for VR. Both worked fine in that case under gaming load. The 480/1060 is on the low end for me and VR, and 1080 is getting a bit spendy. Case takes standard ATX PSUs so that's no problem. CPU cooling is the only problem I have... I went for what I thought was the nicer looking solid front panel one, but it suffocates the AIO water cooler and I've actually just ordered the mesh front version so I can swap the front and un-choke it hopefully.
