What to upgrade?

Hazenga

I am planning to upgrade my PC. Definetly want to upgrade my CPU, PSU and motherboard. Would love to get some suggestions, maybe need something more/else like an SSD? Plan on overclocking aswell.

Maybe the i5 4690k CPU and z97 pc mate motherboard? Could I edit well with an i5, if needed to in the future?

Budget: 600-650€ (665-$720)

Current build:

If you got a lesser CPU cooler you could probably upgrade your video card as well.
