Hi guys! I'm at a state where I can get a laptop, but not a PC. I don't know why but my parents don't seem to like the idea of having a Pc around. Anyways, I want a laptop that's pretty cheap, and can run Overwatch. I'm not sure what kind of hardware can run Overwatch but I heard that Overwatch requires quite some power. If anyone have played overwatch in their laptops before, please suggest it. Also, please suggest a reasonably priced laptop with decent hardware that might be able to run Overwatch. Also, the cheaper the better! Thanks!

So you want to pay $800-$1,000 for a computer that will run Overwatch on low to medium settings, overheat, and then die within 2-3 years from overheating so often? :P

But I don't think it should go over 1500$

Then you'll want to wait a bit. The new pascal mobile gpus are coming out and if your looking for the computer to last you either want to pick up a new pascal laptop or a heavily discounted maxwell one when it does come out.

For ultra at 1080p, you need at least a desktop 960 or a 970m. For ultra at 1440p you'll need a 1060 or RX480. Given that these are laptops you're looking for, the current gen laptops that you would be looking for would have 970ms or 980ms. Both which will be heavily discounted as soon as the new pascal stuff come out.

I'd be looking at a:

P640RE

P650RG

Do you care about weight? or battery life?

P640RE

This can't handle Pascal chips and as far as I know isn't getting refreshed anytime soon.

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.

THE INFORMATION GUIDES: SLI INFORMATION || vRAM INFORMATION || MOBILE i7 CPU INFORMATION || Maybe more someday

This is what I use and it never breaks 77*C on either the CPU or the GPU. It's nice and chilly. :3

The 960M will handle Overwatch no problem. :P
