Does the refresh rate of your monitor really make a difference in games like GTA 5 and Ark: Survival Evolved?

What Display do you have?

Just be aware that not all games benefit enormously from high framerates, other than just feeling a little nicer to play. Some games are capped at 60, or other odd framerates. Some are just too poorly optimized to scale well to 120 FPS, regardless of your hardware. The best-case scenario is probably CS:GO, especially if you're very competitive about it.

75hz is good and 5ms are fast enough. As long you are no south korean pro gamer, you are fine ?

It feels smoother to play with 100+hz but you probably wont need it for those games, more for fast phased shooters, although i prefer 144hz in all games :D
