phpmyadmin on 000webhost.com

So I've made an account with them. I'm on Cpanel. I've created an account for phpmyadmin and I'm getting this error message:

 

#1045 - Access denied for user 'a9080361_abdul'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

 

What can I do?

000webhost doesn't use localhost go to the place when you create the database it should list the server to use.

Also I will note that when I used that host after changing the password I took about a day to get access to my database even in phpmyadmin.
