You can place the radiator as you please. The only thing that matters is to maintain positive pressure inside of the case, to prevent dust from sucking through all tiny holes. It just means that you might wanna have more intake fans than exhaust ones.

should i use the radiator to increase the positive air pressure or should i exhaust out of the case and add another intake fan or two.

I don't understand this question...

AIO's function best when used as an intake, if that is what you're asking.

.....  Try testning it...  The difference is negable.....

I have one. I have tested it. its all about fan curve. you're sort of right that the CPU temp will stay the same, but acoustics will sky rocket. Think about it, everyone always makes a big deal of the "ambient" temperature when benchmarking coolers. if you use AIO as an exhaust, your "ambient" temperature will be that of whatever your computer is generating. It could easily be 30-40C air in there when the GPU and the rest of the components are done with it. Your fan speeds will ramp up to compensate for additional cooling, and your CPU temps should be roughly the same, but the AIO becomes much louder.

so i should intake trough the radiator rather than exhaust through it.
