Backup pc build feedback

This is my list of parts for it and its going to be my backup pc or my main until i can get my next one, but any ways there'sno cooler because im going to put a custom water cooling loop it unless its better to stick with a all in one cpu cooler let me know please and no fans yet but im going to grab 140mm corsair fans

Its not supposed to be anything too special just good performance but not too pricey considering my main build when is going to be really expencive

Im using this build as a start so that when i can afford it I can upgrade this pc to be a beast

are you trolling? noone makes a $4500 pc and has that as a "waiting pc"

no not trolling just gonna take a while and i havent bought the components yet i wanna make sure its a stable build

the expensive computer will take me a while to get cuz I wanna see whats gonna happen in the tech community but i need an upgrade to my pc now but this is a theory build and If it works i might get the components for it and build it
