Selling On eBay?

I have just created my first listing on ebay and it listed no problem, but after it I created the second listing and eBay is asking for an automatic payment method or something like that where I have to choose where will the money go once someone bought an item. For the first listing it only asked me to put my paypal email but for the second one if I choose paypal and it asked to link my credit card with Paypal. Why did the first listing not ask for me to link my credit card and the second listing is asking me to do that?
