Max keyboards Nighthawk X7 vs Ducky shine 3 (Snake Edition or normal) both blue switches

Hello guys. So my birthday is coming up soon, and I'm thinking about getting some components to my computer rather than to water cool it.

I want a new keyboard, rather than my junky HP $30 keyboard. My cousin has the 2013 Razer Black widow with blue switches. I liked it with the feel and the clicking.

So I came across the Ducky Shine 3 Snake Edition in blue switches. ( really liked the aesthetics and heaviness from the aluminum) and the Max Keyboards X7, the blue switches one.

Shine 3 has more lighting options like the option where you can light up the keys that you only want, along with like 6 other options. But has this kinda ugly space bar that I want to remove but don't know how to and what to replace it with?

X7 has two lighting options which doesn't really help.

Cost for the normal Shine 3 is about the same with the X7, but the Snake edition tacks on about $75 more.

So it really comes down to experience and personal reviews. I know that both keyboards are very reliable and do not break easily or have little crappy problems like stuck keys repeating.

For those of you that have either keyboard, can you tell me if there are any small problems like strange feelings on the key cap or what ever?

Both keyboards are very nice with great brands, and returning products is a bit of a hassle.

I'd personally watch some YouTube reviews and say what they say and I've never heard of the Nighthawk x7 but at first glance, really liking it. I like the fact that it comes with a wrist pad as for me, it really does help when you're typing for long periods of time. In college their keyboards really do hurt my hands (I have large hands) because they don't have anything to support my wrist. Ducky Shine III does look good but I think the Nighthawk has a bit more to offer. Your decision at the end of the day.

Is the Nighthawk X7 made by iOne or Costar? If it's the former, I wouldn't want it as iOne's QC is not exactly outstanding.....

The Ducky has an alternative, more simple, space bar if you don't like the snake one.

I own both the Max Keyboard Nighthawk X7 (Cherry MX blue switches w/ white baclighting) and a Ducky Shine 3 (Cherry MX brown switches w/ white backlighting) and the Ducky is superior in every conceivable way.
