Any modular PSU's that you know or can think of

Cooler master v650 is a good one for a nice price, fully modular, make sure you get the right version and its gold efficiency

I recommend a pack of zip ties btw and/or velcro ties

should be but its a semi modular which means not all the cable  can come out, so you woulnt be able to have all cables the same colour

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/TgW9TW this one is by seasonic, its fully modular and seems to have some good reviews, its should give you enough power for now too which is good
