Swapped out the power supply for something more reasonable and also you picked a non-overclocking CPU with and overclocking motherboard so I swapped the 6600 for the 6600K. Still comes out about $70 cheaper.

I noticed you don't have any storage listed, I assume you already have that taken care of?

yes am planning to salvage a 1 tb storage from my old pc

With the savings you get from swapping the PSU I would look at picking up a nice 250GB SSD, you'll really notice the performance difference over a regular drive. Added one below but you can adjust as needed.
