AMD pop up

Hi guys. I installed my R9 290X but AMD pops up with this thing "radeon settings has detected that one or more high-dpi panels are connected to your system" what does this mean. Thanks

No it is a 1080p monitor with 75hz

It just means you can set Virtual Super Resolution to ON,what it does it UPscales the resolution from your native to higher like 1440p or 4K.

So if a game is not that demanding for your GPU you can set a higher resolution that your monitor and a game supports for a better look.

If you leave it disabled it wont offer you higher reolutions In-Game than what your monitor supports.

Oh right. Oh yh I've tried it in a few games and even though I do not see 1440p It does make the games look smother though.
