Help new build

I'm really happy with this build,but I was wondering if there was any way to include water cooling in this build without changing my gpu and CPU. I want to be able to get a decent overclock.

Get your os from reddit at $20-30 and use the money saved on a liquid cooler.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

And for the record, the Photon is tier 3.
