Hey everyone, does anyone have any suggestions for an ultrabook?

All I'm asking for is 8gb of RAM, and ssd preferably 256gb, 14" or smaller screen.

Currently I'm looking at this Asus http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1264125-REG/asus_ux310ua_wb71_rg_13_3_zenbook_ux310ua_notebook.html

Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm looking for something hopefully cheaper, and I don't care if it has an i5 or i7.

Thanks!

The mac is a rip off

It's got great battery life and a great trackpad. It doesn't have the best screen but as far as ultrabooks go, it's almost fairly priced.

Macs aren't all rip offs. None of them will have the best bang/buck but they're good machines.

For the same price as a entry Mac Pro (i5 Dual Core HT 2.2Ghz, 8GB DDR3, Intel HD) i can also on the windows side get a Metabox P640RE (i7 6700HQ Quad Core HT 3.6Ghz, 16GB DDR4, Nvidia GTX970m).... Talk about bad value!

I'm trying to get something cheaper if possible, otherwise I'll just go with asus. Surface Pro isn't a proper laptop so that's a no go and all the macbook is more expensive (I thought about that as an option before).

Yeah ASUS has nice ultrabooks. You might consider the Dell XPS 13, if it's not out of your price range.
