Recomendations for wireless adapter.

Need some help finding a good wireless adapter, don't need Bluetooth as much but could be useful, it can either be usb or pci. Im gonna live in a college dorm so it must be a good adapter. Also capabilities for 2.4g and 5.0g, if not then its ok.

Budget: $45
