Tablet wont boot up! Please help!!

Hi, so something horrible has happened  My Tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (SM-T110), is acting weird. It asked me to back up files, then when i entered my email address and stuff things started to say they stopped working. Gallery, google play store, etc. Ive had my tablet for well over a year and none of these problems happened before. So i decided to RESTART my tablet to see if itll fix it, so i restarted it. Then it just stayed at the SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 3 LITE SM-T110 for the longest time. So, i decided to HOLD the power button for about 10 secs then the screen went back then went back to the same screen. Then i did the thing where u press the power button and the volume up, same thing. I tried it like 4 times already, Its been like this now at the SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 3 LITE SM-T110 for about an hour now  What should i do? should i wait until the battery runs out? I had some really important stuff on there, but i dont think its worth taking it into a shop or anything. please help!!!
