I have a custom build ( bio star am1  mhp Athlon 5350 msi Radeon R7 360 and 8gb of crucial ddr3 and my computer was working fine I turned it off and unplugged it because of the thunder storm I was having and diddnt want it to surge my pc and now when I go to boot it up it dosent start I can't get into bios it just says error 0xc00021a halfway through boot then tries to fix itself brings me to the options screen I tried different commands that did not work and I tried resetting it and that did not work what do I do?

have you tried booting into a windows install disk or usb and try repairing the os that way, something has got corrupted and the os can't repair it self, this is a good way to see if some thing is wrong with the os

I tried reinstalling windows that diddnt work I can't do anything in command prompt I put a cd in and tried all the repair options none worked now it's just stuck in a cycle of showing my motherboard screen and nothing else not sure if it's my hard drive causing the problem because I unplugged it and before I unplugged it it worked fine and then I plugged it back in and now it's the error

ok. try starting from scratch, wipe the drive and install windows

How do I swipe the drive would I use certain softwares or what?

just format it with the windows installer
