Best Monitor?

Which of these monitors would have the best picture quality? I'm not worried about response times or anything else, I just want to know which one would look the best.

I agree with this, but then ACER is probably the most reliable of the listed brands.

Are those your only options? You have ASUS https://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-VC239H-inch-Full-Monitor/dp/B00YQKTGR8 in a similar range to the AOC. If you stretch your budget you can get this beauty https://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-25UM58-P-25-Inch-21-UltraWide/dp/B01BFH18BG/ and be happy. I'd use a better brand monitor if you weren't getting significant enough discount on the ones in your list.
