Worth to upgrade?

Hello again, im thinking abou upgrading my Motherboard from Asrock 980DE3/U3S3 r2.0  to an MSI 970 Gaming Mboard. is it worth to upgrade? (Im getting the MSI with a discount)

Why bother? And your windows licence will be removed since it's tied to your motherboard.

Windows Licence isnt important (pirated) and i dont rly like that assrock somehow :> the bios......    i have a bit money and im trying to make my pc a bit better

It's not going to improve performance at all.

Save your money and buy something that will actually make your computer run faster, like a GPU or new CPU/Board/RAM combo.

AMD fx6300 Black edition

Arctic freezer rev7 cooler

Assrock 980DE3/U3S3 r2.0

Corsair Vengeance 1600 mhz 8gb ram

MSI GTX750TI twinfrozr

Corsair VS650 PSU

Corsair Carbide spec 03 case

Creative Sound blaster X-Fi sound card

and a 1TB hdd

What you would reccomend to upgrade? 

SSD maybe?

GPU needs an upgrade if youre wanting to just upgrade.
