I want to buy amd rx 470 and where can I buy it? And there are lots of custom models don't know which one to buy or just reference card is better? Is there any time to be released?

The reference cards are released first then there is some time before custom models. You will be able to buy them when released in the coming week. (the reference that is.)

takes few weeks to a month for aib cards to start popping up.

I thought aib cards would be released together by seeing this http://www.nowinstock.net/computers/videocards/amd/rx470/ There isn't much difference between custom and reference card right? Maybe custom is overclocked and better cooling but does it make that much difference considering that it's more expensive

Looks decent, tough i havent heard of the brand, nor good nor bad. Ive mainly used msi for while now, since they usually have cheapest card in my area.

aib cards have either new and usually better cooler or custom pcb and new aircooler, latter mentioned has better usually better oc headroom, more tdp and new features.

corsairs cx is pretty solid, just pick 500/600w one, or if you want semi modular theres the M version for it
