r7 370 stuttering

Hi my STRIX r7 370 that I recentley obtained gives me the framerates I require...... but I have issues with stuttering on loading and going into the pause menu and gta sometimes stutters in loading parts of the map but this only happens on the new software update... Should I or should I not go to the older drivers or wait for an update. Any feedback appreciated..Thanks!!!!

this is a regular thing with not as powerfull graphics cards, when the map loads in you should expect stuttering, but it could also be a slow cpu or very very slow storage solution that is causing the problem
