$700 Custom Build

PapaJohn

Hello, so here recently I have been experiencing issues in running more demanding triple A tittles coming out and most times not even being able to run them. So I've decided to build a new one from scratch. I currently have a laptop so I won't be able take any parts out. I wanted to go for Intel and Nvidia on this one. I already have a build but it goes a little over budget. If anyone can help on finding more cost efficiency items that still have the same performance or close to it'll be greatly appreciated as I can't seem to figure out on what to sacrifice. I want to keep the performance of items such as storage space, RAM, ect. Any help is greatly appreciated. Papa Bless and have a great day :)

Why'd I choose the 480? Because it slaps the 960 silly. (Would still wait for an AIB card if you do end up getting it) Don't want AMD straight up still? Save the extra for a 1060.

I think that you could get a better SSD for a little bit more. That SSD is pretty poorly reviewed.

Thank you a lot Starelementpoke. I did tweak it a little but all together it is under my original price. Greatly appreciated. Papa Bless

stare's build does look great, but you *can* make a quad core skylake build with most of the same things as that one for the same price.

also i would recommend not getting that crappy corsair psu and instead getting EVGA's 600B for $45, much better quality, just doesnt have full black cables.

Incorrect on that PSU. The Corsair PSU in question is the new Grey unit CX, which is on par with Seasonic's S12ll, which mops the floor with the 600B.
