i5 is your best option

PSU for both is bad choice, poor quality. Rest is subjective. Personally think you're spending more than you should for the motherboard and case, but part of the decision making for those are personal tastes, so yeah.

Why 750W? You'd be more than fine with a 500Watt one. If for future upgrades, a 550/600W one would cover you then.
