I think the Supermicro SC503 is one of the smallest you can find.

cm elite 361 26 liters can fit smaller cpu heatsink and 140mm psu maybe 160mm psu.

50$ with crap psu.

antec vsk4000 34 liters can fit tower heatsinks, 12+" gpus(i verified that one, got 2 6950s with accelero xtreme coolers in there) and a 200mm psu 30$

fractal design node 605 27 liters.

small cpu cooler ~11" gpus(dont quote me on that) 180mm psu max ~100$

for comparaison, a prodigy(mitx) is 36l... Lol

btw that supermicro is a 1u server case that can t fit any expension cards.

Anything I write is just a comment, take is as such, there is no guarantees associated with anything I say.

ATX Portable rig (smaller than prodigy(LOL)) :  Nmedia 2800 | Gigabyte Z77x-ud3h  | Corsair HX1000 | Scythe Big Shuriken | i5 3570K  |  XFX R9 290 DoubleD | Corsair Vengeance 32GB

The Cooler Master Elite 361 would be the smallest ATX case that I could recommend.

Intel Core i7-8700K @ 4.8GHz | Corsair H110i GTX | EVGA RTX 2080 XC | Asus ROG Maximus XI | Intel M.2 nVME SSD 1TB | Samsung 850 EVO 2X2TB | 32GB G.SKILL Trident Z 3200MHz CL14 RAM | EVGA SuperNova GS 1050W | Kept cool & quiet in a Fractal Design Define R5 Window with all Noctua fans

It can be as small as the board and the gpu length. Its called a cardboard box. Cut some fan holes and it can actually work pretty well

i9 25.6 GHz with NeuronThreading, 256gb 6000 MHz RAM, GTX 990 OC 3024MHz 12gb, Skeletal X99 motherboard, 1 Petabyte SSD, Fractal Design Humaniod R1 Case, Herbivore 10,000W PSU, Noctua NF16 LP Derma Cooler.
