Well, I got a load of old parts. i7 860 LGA 1156 OC'ed 3.5GHz, with old stock dell RAM, EVGA P55 Le mobo, and a GTX 470.

I had some RAM sticks die off a bit ago, and at the same time my motherboard RAM slots are dieing.

I'm looking for a new motherboard for LGA 1156, SLI, with a black PCB.  (If possible)USB 3.0 on board

The closest thing I'm finding to a 1156 motherboard I like is the ASUS P7P55D-E Deluxe, but it doesn't have 3.0 on board. Mainly looking for USB 3.0 because the case I'm getting has 2 usb 3.0 on the front. Also just need a lowish price.

I have been looking for so long, and can't find anything with USB 3.0, and I'm bad at shopping for motherboards. I will be buying it with some Ballistix Tactical Tracer in the next 2 weeks.

Here is an idea of what I'm trying to find.

If you do know of anything, it would help me greatly.

Get a new board and proc. It's not worth finding another 1156 board.

I'm limited by money. If there is a CPU for like 100 or 200$ maybe that's better then the one I got now, I might consider it. But then I also have to throw in the cost of the mobo to go with the new CPU.

What about AMD?

Why not? I'm only going Nvidia for GPU but I don't see why not AMD for CPU. My only issue is I'm getting RAM and a new Mobo in a week or two. Around Christmas I'll have around 200$, which I'm going to buy a GTX 670 With. So I'm tight on money. I am starting to hate the amount of heat my 470 keeps pushing out.

Which AMD CPU should I look for? No idea how to tell if it would better than my i7.

I've got a better idea. I'll skip on the Tracers, and just get RAM 16GB of some kind of cheap, but good RAM to save on some cash. Anybody got any thoughts before I go searching for days for some?
