Two System Audio Setup - Please help! :)

I'm planning on running two systems, one for streaming, one for playing games on and I was wondering what the best way to have audio from both systems play out of a mixer or something through one pair of headphones, so I can hear TwitchAlerts and also other things from my stream system. I currently have an AT2020 XLR microphone and a Behringer Xenyx 302USB Mixer, which I believe I can play two audio sources through at the same time with, but I will have to hear myself 100% of the time. Outputting my system audio from my mixer does absolutely increase the quality of it as I think it acts like a DAC because its USB. However I'm worried that as the mixer/interface would have to be USB'd into my streaming PC I'm worried that using onboard motherboard 3.5mm from my main rig into analogue for the mixer/interface wouldn't have the quality cause I think the audio processing would still happen on the motherboard. Would I need another DAC of some kind to resolve this issue?

Secondly, I want to have the input from my AT2020 output to both systems, so I don't have to use a headset or another microphone for discord/teamspeak/ingame which could have lower quality & peaking problems or require me getting another expensive standalone microphone. I was wondering if just using an XLR splitter here (female to 2x male) would solve this issue as I can reuse my current mixer to act as an interface in the meantime. However I'm worried that this would cause audio quality to be worse coming from the microphones or also cause problems with phantom power. If anybody could provide a solution to this or counter act my logic that'd be greatly appreciated.
