Upgrading

I decided to help my friend upgrade his PC. Currently he has a gtx 650ti and an AMD A10 6700. He wants to upgrade his GPU to the GTX 1060 but I think his AMD A10 6700 will bottleneck the GPU. I'm not too familiar with AMD hardware since I prefer Intel. Does anyone have recommendations for a CPU or APU that's not too expensive, that won't bottleneck the GTX 1060, and fits the same socket as the AMD A10 6700?

I really don't think the AMD A10 6700 will bottleneck the GPU... unless I'm looking at the wrong chip? Just to confirm, this is socket FM2, right?

I'm pretty sure it's an FM2 socket

if that a10 6700 can run a 1060, can my 760k run a 480??
