Unless you plan on doing CPU-heavier work, a CPU like the i5-6500 should do you better in this situation. That way, you could save money on the CPU, cooler, and motherboard for other parts. You could use that money on a better graphics card...although the 1060 is already plenty for most tasks...

 

Wow...things sure are cheap in the US. We can't even get an i5-6500 for the price of a 6600K...and an S340 for $59.99? Holy sh!t...
