GTA V Problem

Hi, I'm a new PC gamer and I have a question on backup files for GTA V. 

I was going to install Natrual Vision on the game, but encountered a problem and I cant play the game atm.

I forgot to backup my original files, and I'm trying to find a way to recover them. I don't want to lose my story mode progress, I can re-download the files but is there a way to save my story mode progress before doing it?

The saves are stored in My Documents>Rockstar Games> GTA V

 

Back up that folder, and you shouldn't have any problems.
