£600 and £400 pc builds?

so my friend wants me to find parts and build him a pc and i said i would as i love building pcs. so i was gonna find the parts my self but i thoguht id ask on here to see wat other people would do for computers and these price points.

 

He has told me that he wants to play fallout 4 at 1080p at as close to maxed out as he can andthen he will use the pc to play other games but nothing too hard to run.

 

so can some of you guys help me out and give me a few pc's at either £400 or £600 please i will be very thankful.

Im thinking of i5-6500 with RX480.  It should fit the budget nicely.

It's dual core with hyper threading, so for 1080p it shouldn't be huge problem.

I would get i5 6500 and GTX 1060, but I don't think there will be much money left for other components.

when i was lookin at parts i was thinking of getting him a 970 since there under £200 and ive had no problem with mine at 1080

get an rx 480 or an r9 390 instead, the gtx 970 only has 3.5gb of usuable vram which is bottlenecking some games currently.
