I'm guessing that it won't be too low, but I'll expect it to cool a PC decently, provided that the set up for the bong cooling is efficient. I estimate about 45 degrees for a stock i7 6600k under load with idles around 20

 

Again this is an estimate, and so the temps can be completely diffrent.

Nah, i haven't tried it, I use an AIO for my cooling. Just got my pc, and don't really wanna try anything risky. But I don't see why there can't be commercial Bong cooling solutions

I think Linus mentioned something about constantly having to refill it, excluding the very 'limited' market for a product like that ^^

except evaporation cooling such as bong cooling is sub ambient under load usually... 

OP, you're in Malaysia, it's humid, Don't expect great results as it depends on the water to evaporate taking heat away with it.
